Using this connector, you can link one or more Ricoh ESA MFPs on your network to a RightFax server without the need to purchase expensive embedded MFP fax kits. Users can scan paper documents using the scan-to-email capability of their MFP devices and then email their document to a user’s email account for fax transmission via fax server-mail client connection. RightFax can also send the document securely via the internet with certified and encrypted delivery.
