Things are shaking up at OpenText. In an effort streamline the sales and support experience for customers, OpenText has made some considerable changes to their partner channel. Many RightFax partners have been terminated, therefore losing their ability to sell and support RightFax and RightFax Connect Cloud solutions. Many of these former partners are now selling their direct “best effort support” with no upgrade entitlements or escalation capabilities to OpenText. In addition, Advantage is currently working with some Partners to move their RightFax clients to Advantage ASP RightFax Support from our North American helpdesk, with all OpenText entitlements.
