Overview: Administrative Utilities Guide

The RightFax (OpenText Fax) Administrative Utilities includes a set of utilities that are packaged and installed together. These utilities can be installed with the RightFax Product Suite. During the installation process, click the Administrative Utilities feature in the features list.

The RightFax Administrative Utilities are installed in the RightFaxAdminUtils folder on the RightFax server. RightFax includes additional tools and utilities that are installed separately or run from a different location. This guide provides instructions for the Administrative Utilities and the following tools:

• Orphan.exe, which searches the database for orphan image files and faxes that are missing images.
• RFJobGen.exe, which creates EDC jobs for faxes so that they can be processed by EDC.
