Large submission of faxes results in jobs stuck In Conversion

Summary

In RightFax, if you submit a large number of faxes, not all faxes convert.

This issue occurs in (but may not be limited to):

• • RightFax 10.6 FP2 SR1 and FP2 SR2

Faxes remain “In Conversion” and never convert properly do not fail conversion.

Error Message:

Error in the application log:

RemoveFile:Error (2) removing file

Resolution

To resolve this issue, apply RightFax 10.6 FP2 SR3 or newer.

Additional Information 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install RightFax 10.6 FP2 SR1 or FP2 SR2.
2. Setup a batch job or a large group of faxes
   • Reproducible at around 1000 faxes
3. Submit all at once

This occurs regardless of how the faxes are submitted on affected versions.
