• Identity and Access Manager supports the MFP App without requiring a VPN connection for Managed Services environments
• Users can view a list of recently received faxes and print them on the device

Meditech EMR Integration

What’s new:

• RightFax 24.4 can now send patient documents directly from the Meditech user interface
• Cost-effective, secure, and efficient delivery of prescriptions, physician notes, radiology reports, referrals, and claims
• Certified and encrypted document delivery with comprehensive audit trails for compliance tracking
• Secure email-to-fax with Microsoft Exchange and Google Mail

EFM & Web Admin Enhancements

What’s new:

• Services with recent errors or warnings have a hyperlink to view the events from the Services list
• Dialing rules can be duplicated in Web Admin as well as EFM
• Dialing rules can be enabled or disabled from the dialing rules page without having to configure each one
• FCL Dashboard enables admins to troubleshoot FCL jobs
• MFP page in Web Admin includes a Guest User Account column
• OpenID Connect providers can be created and edited in Web Admin as well as EFM
• Authentication provider appears on the Identification tab of User Edit
• Statistics page shows queue depth of Post Fax Processing jobs
