• Fax Aviator Summary condenses lengthy documents into a brief, readable overview.
• Fax Aviator Extract identifies and pulls out key data fields that can be used immediately in other systems.

These assistants help organizations move faster and reduce the risk of errors. For example, a referral fax in healthcare can be summarized in seconds. Insurance teams can capture claim identifiers without retyping them. Financial firms can automatically route sensitive documents to the correct back-office team. Web Application Updates

• Scrolling is smoother, archived faxes can be accessed through a Web Delivery URL, and safeguards help prevent duplicate transmissions.
• FaxUtil Web also includes a search feature for locating other users when forwarding or routing items.
• These updates strengthen audit visibility, support compliance needs, and reduce the chance of errors.
• Healthcare teams can confirm who forwarded a referral, and finance teams can easily review document handling.

New Integrations

What’s new:

Two key integrations expand how users work:

• The Outlook Add-in supports Microsoft 365 and on-prem Exchange
• A new Salesforce integration enables fax sending and receiving directly within Salesforce

Deprecated Features

Several older components and options have been removed:

This will be the last release to include the Notes module.
